DAVID BACH

David Bach, President and founder of David Bach and Associates, has over 30 years of construction experience.
He has provided many Associations and real estate investors with construction consulting services and project management.

DAVID NEWMAN

David Newman brings a broad background in construction and finance to the team at David Bach & Associates, LLC, including eight years of field experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Seattle University. David has also completed the Certificate Program in Construction Management from the University of Washington. He has been effectively managing projects and consulting for the past eight years on a variety of projects throughout the Puget Sound region. David's clear-cut approach facilitates communication between client, architect, engineer and contractor to successfully complete projects.

KATHRYN WHITE

Kathryn White received her Bachelors Degree from Gonzaga University and continued her education at Gonzaga University School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. She brings over four years experience, including a year and a half as an attorney for a Seattle law firm representing single family homeowners and homeowner associations in defective construction. Kathryn’s focus is on development of Reserve Studies, property condition assessments, and construction defect remediation in Washington and Oregon.
